Claire Dartigues decides to deconstruct the iconic jersey of the French football team 98 signed Adidas, to give it a second life by integrating a feminine silhouette with over-cycled pleated fabric.
Through this piece, she wishes to send a positive message to all women who support and play football directly or indirectly.
A couture jersey so that the voice of women in team sports resonate louder as well as the acceptance of femininity and masculinity for everyone.
Claire Dartigues' 98 couture jersey will be exhibited at the FIFA Museum in Zurich in 2019 during the Women's Football World Cup, as a symbol of women's and couture football that differs from that of men.

Claire Dartigues is launching her own line of couture polo shirts for the 2019 Women's World Cup.
The polo shirts illustrate the meeting of two worlds, that of football and that of fashion.
The bi-material use: jacquard jersey and pleated fabric underlines the elegance while keeping the structure and shape of a football jersey.
100% French manufacturing, the fabrics come from French suppliers and the polo shirts are made in a workshop in the Paris region.
Claire Dartigues offers an exclusive piece for women who wish to support women's football in general while keeping a worked and unique style.
The Polo Couture line was exhibited at the FIFA Museum in Zurich and is available for sale on our website.

The mantra "Respect All, Fear None" written on the patch on the back of the Polo is a message of acceptance of differences.
The "FOOTBALL FOR WOMEN" badge honors the various Women's Football teams represented by plain colored flags, inspired by Tibetan greeting flags on which wishes are inscribed which come true thanks to the blowing of the wind.

Many encountered resistance along the way, which unfortunately is still the case today.
This special exhibition presents a range of stories, reports and memories that encapsulate how the women's game has evolved, from its humble origins to this year's prestigious tournament in France, and highlights the museum's commitment to shining a spotlight on the written and unwritten history of women's soccer."
